Numbers Dance Club entered the team category for the prestigious 2010 Buffalo City Iron Man 70.3
event held on Sunday, 17 January. Team N3, comprising Darryn Van Huyssteen (1.9km swim),
Numbers co-owner, Peter Crowder (90 km cycle), and Makaya Masumpa (21km run) finished 2nd in
a field of over 70 teams. Team N3 was in 4th position after the swim, then moved up to 2nd after the
cycle and maintained this position in the run to finish in an overall time of 4:29:46. They were also the
1st all-East London team over the line making it a very successful day. Well done guys! |
