Numbers Teen Scene is the ideal opportunity for under-eighteen
school-going teenagers to enjoy themselves in a safe, fun nightclub environment.
Dancing or just “hanging out” at a cool venue will always appeal to the teen
crowd and the Teen Scene is a viable alternative to parties, local malls and
shopping centres or over 18 pubs and action bars.
The experienced Numbers security team is always prominent and ensures that
effective control is maintained without restricting the typical exuberance of
teenagers in a social situation. In the event of any anti-social behaviour by a
teenager, the parents are telephoned by management to collect their
son/daughter.
Numbers has a policy of “once you’re in, you have to stay in (unless you’re
ready to go home)”. This prevents a continual in and out flow at the door
thereby improving control while providing increased safety for teenagers as
loitering outside the building is discouraged.
Numbers has a strict “no alcohol and no smoking” policy on all teen
nights and the following measures are implemented:
- Random breathalyzer tests are carried out at the entrance
to ensure that teenagers entering the premises are not under the influence
of alcohol (offenders are denied entry).
- Alcoholic beverages are not sold to teenagers and all
display fridges are covered.
- Numbers does not sell cigarettes to under 18's and on all
teen nights our cigarette vending machines are switched off.
- Numbers supports the "Youth against smoking" campaign and
we actively discourage teenagers from smoking by means of direct messaging
on our video screens.
